  Schoenborn's Jewelry was started in 1905 in Marytown by Matt Schoenborn, His son Oscar  moved the store to Kiel in 1945 and continued it til 1969 when Lyle and Jackie Schoenborn took over and ran the store til 2011. During that time Lyle's son Tj entered the business in 1994 and Worked on completing his GIA Cert in Dimond Grading and Appraisal. After completing Jewelry repair, Diamond Setting  and Jewelry Design training from Levy Corp in Chicago, Graduating from G.I.A. and  learning the Jewelry industry from his father Lyle TJ took over all Complex Jewelry Creation, Jewelry Repairs, Diamond Setting and Diamonds Grading as his Father Lyle started to take well deserved time off.  In January of 2011 Lyle and Jackie Retired and Schoenborn's Jewelry inc in Kiel was closed for business.  At the same time TJ and Crystal added Jewelry to thier already running Boutique which is located on historic Main St in Fond Du Lac to continue the long history from Matt, Oscar, Lyle and now TJ Schoenborn serving Wisconsin in Jewelry Sales and Jewelry Repairs. Tj and Crystal are grooming their son Jake to be the 5th generation Schoenborn Jeweler.  Lyle & Jackie still remain a valuable information resource to Tj and Crystal today!
